Amangeldiyeva Birganym Askarkyzy was born on January 23, 1997, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. In 2018, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in the educational program "State and local government" from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with honors. In 2020, she successfully completed her master's degree in Innovation Management at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2025, she defended her doctoral dissertation in English on "State regulation of the circular economy’s development in the Republic of Kazakhstan", educational program "State and Local government", at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Her research interests focus on the circular economy, sustainable development, and the green economy. Participated in two research projects as a junior research fellow: 1) AP09259851 “Development of a circular economy in Kazakhstan: potential, trends, prospects” (2021–2023), 2) AP19576593 “Responsible production in Kazakhstani enterprises as a tool for achieving SDG 12: assessment of potential and development prospects” (2023–2025). h-index - 2
